Alejandro Montemayor is an accomplished mergers and acquisitions professional with over a decade of experience in investment banking. Throughout his career, he has co-led mandates across diverse sectors, contributing to transactions with a combined total value exceeding US$5 billion. His expertise encompasses both buy-side and sell-side transactions, where he provides strategic insights and execution to deliver high-value results for clients.

Mr. Montemayor serves as Vice President at Seale & Associates, where he leads the Monterrey, Mexico office. In this role, he continues to drive M&A success by blending his industry expertise with tailored client strategies.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Montemayor is a recognized speaker on M&A and corporate finance topics. He has presented at numerous academic institutions, including IPADE and Tec de Monterrey in Mexico, sharing his insights with the next generation of business leaders.

Prior to joining Seale & Associates, Mr. Montemayor played a pivotal role in the growth and eventual sale of Flipter, a tech startup. He successfully secured venture capital funding for Flipter from NXTP Labs and Naranya Labs, providing the financial resources needed to drive the company’s national expansion and double its size through strategic initiatives. Later, he led the divestiture process, managing Flipter’s sale to OneWorld. His efforts ensured alignment with stakeholders’ objectives and maximized value through a carefully executed exit strategy.

Mr. Montemayor earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Tec de Monterrey University. He has also completed executive education programs at Wharton, further enhancing his expertise in finance and business strategy.
