Armando Rios

Vice President

Armando Rios is a Vice President at Seale & Associates with a strong track record in advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, valuations, and other corporate finance transactions across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Since joining Seale as an Analyst in 2018, Armando has worked across a diverse range of industries, including agriculture and agrochemicals, automotive, building products, consumer products, logistics, payments, and TMT. He has provided advisory services to public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, supporting both local and international clients. Notable engagements include work with Arca Continental, Carrier, CEMEX, Evertec, FEMSA, JUSDA, Nemak, and Zinc Nacional.
 
Armando graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Finance from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and completed coursework on Business Culture Around the World at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He is also a certified public speaker through Toastmasters’ Competent Communicator program.
 
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring and practicing new hobbies, including golf, mountain climbing, slacklining, and running, as well as motorcycling, cooking, discovering new music, and spending time with his dog.
