Patrick Coady

Pat Coady is a senior director with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory.
Mr. Coady is a pioneer in conservation finance, having co-organized major conservation finance workshops across the country. Mr. Coady also co-founded the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust, and published numerous articles, whitepapers, and even jointly authored the book, “From Walden to Wall Street”. Mr. Coady is also a senior fellow at Conservation International, and frequently speaks at national events as a preeminent expert in the field.
Mr. Coady was also the U.S. Executive Director of the World Bank, and has had stints as Chief Financial Officer at such diverse companies as a billion dollar financial services company as well as a start-up rocket development enterprise. Additionally, Mr. Coady was a senior VP and Director at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. where he led their international business.
Mr. Coady received a B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
