Seale & Associates announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Pella Corporation on its sale of Reilly Architectural to Stately Doors and Windows, a portfolio company of Kin Capital Partners.
Reilly Architectural specializes in custom hardwood and steel doors and windows, serving the ultra-luxury residential market. As a result of the acquisition, Stately will become the largest ultra-luxury door and window provider in the United States, with $100 million in annual revenue and more than 400 employees spread across nine locations in six states.
The transaction was part of Pella’s strategic planning process and routine evaluation of its industry position. Pella’s CEO Tim Yaggi stated, "The divestiture of Reilly reflects Pella’s strategy to enhance our capabilities in the fastest growing geographies and channels and focus on high margin, high growth product segments that can create scale."
