Seale Advised Grace on the Divestiture of its Grace Membranes Business

Seale & Associates announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to W. R. Grace & Co. ("Grace") on the sale of its Grace Davison Membranes Business to UOP LLC, a Honeywell International company.

The Grace Davison Membranes Business, a component of Grace Davison's Specialty Technologies product group, manufactures and sells polymer-based membranes used in natural gas separation processes.
