Seale Advised Woodcrafters on their Recapitalization

Seale & Associates announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Tan US Group, Inc. (d.b.a. Woodcrafters) on the recapitalization of the business with Brookstone Partners, a private equity firm based in New York. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
