Tyco Sold its Indian Fire Sprinkler and Hydrant Installation Business
Seale & Associates announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE:TYC) on the sale of its Indian fire sprinkler and hydrant installation business, headquartered in Bangalore, India.
