MARTIN B. COHEN

Marty Cohen is a senior director with more than 35 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining Seale & Associates, Mr. Cohen was Vice President, Corporate Development for Honeywell International (and Allied Signal prior to its merger with Honeywell). In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the merger and acquisition activities of a $24 billion diversified technology and manufacturing company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen held a number of positions, including: General Counsel Fibers and Plastics division; Vice President and General Counsel Union Texas Petroleum; Vice President and Assistant General Counsel Acquisitions and Dispositions and Finance; and Vice President and General Counsel Automotive Sector. Prior to joining AlliedSignal/Honeywell, Mr. Cohen worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission, served in the United States Army, and was an associate with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
