Seale Advised Kiewit on the Acquisition of Continental

Seale & Associates announced that it acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Continental Fire Sprinkler Company ("Continental Fire") and Continental Alarm & Detection Company ("CADCO") on the sale of the businesses to Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc. ("Kiewit"). Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
